Hozella back in court

A former Schuylkill Haven man who exposed himself to a young girl was back in court yesterday.

Samuel Hozella the Third appeared before Judge John Domalakes for a hearing, having served 45 days in jail for probation violations.

According to the Pottsville Republican and Herald, Domalakes said that the time Hozella spent in jail appeared to have caused him to realize what he did was wrong.

Hozella reportedly failed to live up to the terms of his original probation by not abiding by the sex offender program. He had been incarcerated at Schuylkill County Prison since May 17th.

He was convicted by a jury in September, 2005, of indecent exposure. He exposed himself to a young girl whom he lived with on four occasions in 2004 and 2005.
