BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) - U-S troops have detained three police officials in a Iraqi town gripped by a weekend of sectarian bloodshed. It's alleged the police officials failed to intervene to stop scores of revenge killings between Sunnis and Shiites.
COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho (AP) - Jury selection in a high-profile murder trial in Idaho was suddenly canceled late last night. Instead, a hearing is scheduled today in the case of Joseph Duncan, who is charged with killing three people so he could kidnap two children for sex.
