SEOUL, South Korea (AP) - North Korea's number-two leader is threatening more nuclear tests if the United States continues what he calls its "hostile attitude" toward the North. Meantime, South Korea's defense minister says Seoul will enlarge its conventional arsenal to deal with the North Korean nuclear threat.

WASHINGTON (AP) - Officials from the United States and five other countries turn their attention today to Iran's nuclear program. They'll confer by video about possible U-N sanctions over Tehran's refusal to halt uranium enrichment.

BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) - There has been damage to nearby homes, but no reports of any casualties, from an ammunition dump fire at a U-S base in Baghdad. The fire set off a series of explosions that blew out windows. An insurgent group is claiming responsibility but the claim has not been verified.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) - The candidates in Tennessee's closely watched U-S Senate race traded barbs last night. Republican Bob Corker questioned whether Democrat Harold Ford Junior had ever been lobbied by his father. Ford is a congressman. Ford accused Corker of being a "rubber stamp" for the Bush administration.

LOS ANGELES (AP) - The murder trial of music producer Phil Spector has been delayed again, this time until March. Spector is accused of killing actress Lana Clarkson at his home in February 2003 and is free on one million dollars bail.
