DANIEL TROY LANGTRY, 21 OF TREMONT, HAS BEEN CITED WITH AGGRAVATED ASSAULT ON JULY, 29TH AT. HE ENTERED THE HOME BELONGING TO DAVID WEIKEL, 39, AT 2262 E MAIN STREET IN HUBLY TOWNSHIP. AFTER AN ARGUMENT, LANGTRY SMASHED A BOTTLE OF BEER OVER WEIKEL’S HEAD AND THEN PUNCHED HIM IN THE FACE. WEIKEL WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE SCHUYLKILL MEDICAL CENTER IN POTTSVILLE FOR TREATMENT. LANGTRY WAS ARRAIGNED BEFORE JUDGE JAMES K REILEY AND WAS UNABLE TO POST BAIL.

UNKNOWN SUSPECTS BROKE A PLEXIGLASS WINDSHIELD ON AN ISCO RAIL MOVER OVER THE WEEKEND, AT THE WORLD RECORCES COMPANY IN CRESSONA, CAUSING $250 IN DAMAGE. USING AN UNKNOWN BLUNT OBJECT, THE SUSPECTS REMOVED THE FIBERGLASS DOOR OFF OF A SIDE KIT FROM THE TRAILER OUTSIDE THE POLE BUILDING LOCATED ON 18 FRONT ST. TWO DYNACRAFT BOYS BICYCLES HAVE BEEN STOLEN FROM THE RESIDENCE OF A BLYTHE TOWNSHIP MAN. JEFFERY DONATTI, OF 15 SILVER CREEK ROAD, STATED THAT THE SUSPECTED OPENED A STORAGE DOOR LOCATED UNDER HIS RESIDENCE AND REMOVED THE BICYCLES SOMETIME BETWEEN JULY 22 AND JULY 30TH. CONSPIRACY CHARGES WILL BE PROBED IN OPEN COURT. SUPERIOR COURT
JUDGE ROBERT PERRY SAYS HE HOPES TO HAVE A PANEL SEATED IN TWO
DAYS.
DR. SANDEEP KAPOOR, DR. KHRISTINE EROSHEVICH AND HOWARD K. STERN
HAVE PLEADED NOT GUILTY TO CONSPIRING TO ILLEGALLY PROVIDE THE
FORMER PLAYBOY MODEL WITH MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF OPIATES AND SEDATIVES.
THEY ARE NOT CHARGED IN HER OVERDOSE DEATH IN 2007 IN FLORIDA.
IN A SURPRISE TWIST, THE PROSECUTOR ALLEGES SMITH WAS A
COCONSPIRATOR IN THE ACTIONS THAT BROUGHT THE THREE TO TRIAL.
