GOODMAN TELLS THE REPUBLICAN-HERALD, HE WILL SEEK THE LAW’S ULTIMATE SANCTION AGAINST 30-YEAR OLD JULIUS ENOE OF READING, WHOM STATE POLICE AT FRACKVILLE ALLEGE KILLED 24-YEAR OLD BRUCE FORKER ON MARCH 16TH IN THE VICIM’S HOME. 29-YEAR OLD DAMON ENNETT OF FREELAND, AND 19-YEAR OLD JAHMAL OLLIVIRRE OF READING ARE ALSO CHARGED IN CONNECTION WITH FORKER’S DEATH.

VA MEDICAL HOSPITAL IN LEBANON LOSES AIR CONDITIONING

THE MINOR WAS CHARGED THROUGH THE SCHUYLKILL COUNTY JUVENILE PROBATION DEPARTMET AND THE OTHERS WERE ARRAIGNED BEFORE MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT JUDGE PLACHKO AND COMMITTED TO THE SCHUYLKILL COUNTY PRISON, UNABLE TO POST BAIL.
DRIVER NAMED IN CYCLIST’S DEATH
GILBERT WACONDA WAS NAMED WEDNESDAY NIGHT ON KOAT-TV TO BE THE MAN RESPONSIBLE FOR STRIKING THE RINGTOWN CYCLIST JUNE 21 IN THE LAGUNA PUEBLO, AND INDIAN RESERVATION IN NEW MEXICO. JOHN ANCZARSKI, 19 YEARS OLD OF RINGTOWN, WAS CYCLING ACROSS COUNTRY AS PART OF AN AWARENESS AND FUNDRAISING EFFORT FOR BREAST CANCER, THE PINK PEDAL. NO MORE INFORMATION WAS RELEASED ON WACONDA, FOR FEARS IT WOULD HINDER THE ONGOING INVESTIGATION INTO THE CRASH. ANCZARSKI DIED JUNE 22 AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO HOSPITAL IN ALBURQUERQUE.

GILBERTON COUNCILMAN ROBERT WAGNER WAS ASKED TO RESIGN BY THE GILBERTON BOROUGH COUNCIL FOLLOWING HIS ARREST LAST WEEK FOR HARASSING THE MAYOR AND POLICE DEPARTMENT BY TELEPHONE.
