KASKA WOMAN FACING CHARGES ALL OVER

AN EARLY MORNING STOP BY STATE POLICE HAS LANDED A KASKA WOMAN IN TROUBLE. 25 YEAR OLD ALLISON FERNANDO WAS STOPPED FOR A TRAFFIC VIOLATION AND WAS SUSPECTED OF DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE, AND WAS ALSO WANTED IN BERKS COUNTY FOR A SIMILAR OFFENSE. FERNANDO FAILED FIELD SOBRIETY TESTS, BUT REFUSED TO SUBMIT TO A CHEMICAL TEST AT THE HOSPITAL. IN ADDITION, TROOPERS FOUND A SMALL AMOUNT OF POT ON A PASSENGER IN FERNANDO'S CAR. FERNANDO IS IN COUNTY PRISON ON A DETAINER FROM BERKS COUNTY. THE NEW CHARGES WILL BE FILED IN DISTRICT JUDGE PLACHKO’S OFFICE.

HART MADE CONTACT WITH THE AGENTS POSING AS THE GIRLS ON JUNE 10TH. HES NOW LOCKED UP IN NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY ON $50-THOUSAND-DOLLARS BAIL, FACING UP TO SEVEN YEARS IN PRISON AND $15-THOUSAND-DOLLARS IN FINES.
