Shenandoah Teens Sentenced

It took President Judge William Baldwin nearly two hours to sentence 17-year old Brandon Piekarsky and 19-year old Derrick Donchak to 6 - 23 months in prison. The Shenandoah teens were found guilty of simple assault in the beating death of 25-year old illegal Mexican immigrant Luis Ramirez in April. Piekarsky and Donchak are expected to report to the Schuylkill County prison on July 19, 2009.
