VERDICT IS IN 11PM FRIDAY MAY 1ST
A Schuylkill County jury on Friday acquitted two Shenandoah teenagers of the most serious charges lodged against them in the fatal beating death of a Mexican illegal immigrant last summer. Brandon Piekarsky was cleared of third degree murder charges and ethnic intimidation, but was found guilty of simple assault and consumption of alcohol by minors. Derrick Donchak was originally charged with aggravated assault and ethnic intimidation, but was convicted of simple assault, furnishing to alcohol to minors and consumption of alcohol under age. The jury deliberated for nearly 8 hours, and came back to Judge William Baldwin with questions on some of the charges several times. In a tearful embrace, Donchak and Piekarsky were quickly surrounded by friends and family after the verdict. The case gained national attention when it happened last July.

The man Luis Ramirez ( not an animal but a man ) was kicked to death while being unsconscious on the floor, he was kicked on the head by the Coward Bastards.
