MONROE COUNTY PRESIDENT JUDGE RONALD VICAN SENTENCED 46-YEAR-OLD THOMAS SENAVITIS, OF KUNKLETOWN, TO TIME SERVED MONDAY ON CHARGES STEMMING FROM THE 2008 CRASH THAT KILLED STATE SEN.
