MAN TRAPPED IN BREAKER
RESCUE WORKERS FROM SAINT CLAIR AND POTTSVILLE WERE CALLED TO THE WADESVILLE BREAKER ON READING ANTHRACITE PROPERTY AT 9:36AM MONDAY MORNING FOR A INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENT. AN UNIDENTIFIED MAN WAS TRAPPED IN A BUCKET TRAP. EMERGENCY PERSONNEL EXTRACTED HIM WITHIN ABOUT TEN MINUTES. THE MAN WAS INJURED AND LIFE FLIGHTED TO LEHIGH VALLEY HOSPITAL.
HAMBURG DOMESTIC DESPUTE
AFTER A DOMESTIC INCIDENT IN BERKS COUNTY SUNDAY NIGHT, TWO PEOPLE ARE DEAD. 62-YEAR-OLD JOAN MARIE WAGNER WAS FOUND DEAD IN THE DRIVEWAY OF HER HOME SHARED WITH HUSBAND 65-YEAR-OLD CLAYTON WAGNER JUNIOR. 40-YEAR-OLD JEREMY KRIEGER ALSO LIVED WITH THE COUPLE AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FIRING SEVERAL SHOTS AT STATE AND LOCAL POLICE BEFORE BEING SHOT AND KILLED DURING A STRUGGLE WITH CLAYTON WAGNER INSIDE.

THE RIGHTS GROUP SAYS CHINA DESERVES PRAISE FOR OPENLY PUBLISHING A HUMAN RIGHTS PLAN AT ALL, BUT ITS CONTINUED USE OF TORTURE, ILLEGAL DETENTION AND CENSORSHIP ADDS UP TO A FAILURE THAT REDUCES THE PLAN TO "A SERIES OF UNFULFILLED PROMISES."

THE SPIKE IN DISABILITY CLAIMS FOLLOWED CHANGES TO THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT THAT MADE IT EASIER FOR PEOPLE WITH TREATABLE CONDITIONS LIKE EPILEPSY, CANCER OR MENTAL ILLNESS TO CLAIM THEY ARE DISABLED.
