MISSING COUNTY MAN FOUND
ERNEST MEASE, OF SCHUYLKILL HAVEN, WAS REPORTED MISSING WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND FOUND EARLY THURSDAY MORNING AFTER CRASHING HIS VEHICLE INTO A WOODED AREA OFF SECOND MOUNTAIN ROAD IN NORTH MANHEIM TOWNSHIP. MEASE DID NOT SUFFER SERIOUS INJURY, BUT WAS FLOWN TO LEHIGH VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER FOR TREATMENT. AREA FIREFIGHTERS AND POLICE DEPARTMENTS DID SEARCH THE AREA FOR MEASE INTO LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT, INCLUDING THE AREA WHERE HE CRASHED HIS VEHICLE, BUT CALLED THE SEARCH OFF AROUND 1AM TUESDAY.

ROUTE 61 CRASH
AFTER SUFFERING SEVERE INJURIES IN A CRASH INVOLVING A TRACTOR-TRAILER, A MAN WAS FLOWN TO LEHIGH VALLEY HOSPITAL JUST BEFORE 11AM THURSDAY. THE CRASH AT ROUTES 61 AND 895 INVOLVED 28-YEAR-OLD KYLE SMITH OF NEW RINNGOLD AND 35-YEAR-OLD SHANELL STAMPS OF NORTH CAROLINA. SMITH HAD TO BE REMOVED FROM HIS SEDAN BY EMT'S AFTER BEING STRUCK ON THE PASSENGER SIDE BY STAMP'S TRACTOR TRAILER. SMITH WAS FLOWN TO LEHIGH VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER WITH SERIOUS INJURIES. THIS INVESTIGATION IS CONTINUING. NO DETERMINATION OF FAULT IS COMPLETE AT THIS TIME.

STATE POLICE SAID SOMEONE THREW A MOLOTOV COCKTAIL ONTO THE PORCH OF ONE OF THE HOMES IN NORRISTOWN EARLY YESTERDAY MORNING. WPVI-TV REPORTS FOUR OF THE HOUSES ON THE BLOCK ARE DESTROYED, INCLUDING THE HOME THAT APPARENTLY WAS TARGETED.

CARLISLE, PA. (AP) - PROSECUTORS SAID THEY'LL SEEK THE DEATH PENALTY IN THE CASE OF A FORMER PRISON GUARD CHARGED IN THE SHOOTING DEATH OF A LAWYER AT A CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA GUN RANGE. PROSECUTORS SAY RAYMOND FRANKLIN PEAKE KILLED TODD GETGEN AND STOLE HIS RIFLE AT THE RANGE NEAR CARLISLE ON JULY 21ST.

THE SECRET-SPILLING WEBSITE. EVERYDNS SAYS IT HAS DROPPED THE WEBSITE WILIKEAKS.ORG BECAUSE THE ATTACKS AGAINST IT THREATEN THE REST OF ITS NETWORK. WIKILEAKS HAS RESPONDED BY MOVING TO A SWISS DOMAIN NAME, WIKILEAKS.CH.
