POWER RESTORED TO BUTLER TOWNSHIP OUTAGE AREA.

ANIMALS HAVE BEEN RESCUED FROM A PROPERTY IN PINE GROVE, AND ONE MAN IS BACK IN JAIL. VIRGINIA JUSTINIANO AND ANDREW OXENRIDER WERE OUT ON PROBATION FOR MISTREATMENT OF ANIMALS AT A CAT SANCTUARY LAST YEAR. DISTRICT ATTORNEY JIM GOODMAN TELLS WPPA/T102 NEWS THAT STATE POLICE EXECUTED A SEARCH WARRANT ON THE HOME, AND FOUND 10 TO 12 ANIMALS THERE, PLUS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA FOUND. THE ANIMALS WERE RESCUED BY SPCA WORKERS. OXENRIDER WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY ON A PROBATION VIOLATION. JUSTINIANO IS STILL BEING SOUGHT. CHARGES AND THE INVESTIGATION ARE BEING HANDLED BY SCHUYLKILL HAVEN STATE POLICE.
