The third suspect in last week's Shenandoah shooting has turned himself in. State Police Troop L Major Crimes team reports that Jahmal Ollivirre turned himself into New York City Police and is expected to appear in court today. Ollivirre, along with Damon Ennet and Julius Enoe are accused of breaking into the home of Bruce Forker in Shenandoah a week ago. Forker was shot and killed.
