POTTSVILLE POLICE REPORT THAT 41 YEAR OLD KELLY DOUGHERTY OF TAMAQUA WAS FOUND TO HAVE A SMALL QUANTITY OF METH AND A GLASS PIPE ON HER WHEN SEARCHED. SHE WAS ALREADY IN JAIL FOR OTHER DRUG OFFENSES, AND NOW HAS MORE CHARGES TACKED ON TO HER SENTENCE.
